Platform support and compatibility

Starting with Database 6.3, Aerospike provides maintenance and support for two years (24 months) effective immediately upon the release of a new General Availability (GA) version of Aerospike Database.

Supported Linux versions

The following table lists the supported operating system (OS) versions for each Aerospike Database release. Aerospike provides patch releases to address security vulnerabilities in the underlying supported OS version, as long as the OS itself is still actively supported.

  1. Must have a kernel supporting 4K memory pages.
  2. RHEL 7 reached its End of Support (EOS) on June 30, 2024. Aerospike no longer produces el7 RPMs for Aerospike Database. See link to KB for more information.
  3. Aerospike Database 6.4 and later support x86_64 and aarch64 unless specifically noted otherwise for other operating systems, such as Debian 10.
