The following issues are resolved with this hotfix.
AER-6747
(KVS) For storage-engine memory namespaces, records exceeding max-record-size will leak memory.
Editions affected: Enterprise, Federal & Community
AER-6748
(XDR) When a connector destination node is removed, its traffic may not be evenly distributed among the remaining nodes.
