AER-6704
(STORAGE) In distributions using OpenSSL 3.0 and later, use a newer API to fetch storage encryption ciphers to avoid lock contention.

AER-6701
(STATS) When calculating system CPU statistics, a divide-by-zero may occur and cause a crash.
